Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Maintaining an integrated management system aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 45003, and AS/NZS 4801 to support safe and healthy operations.

  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work‑related injury and ill health.

  • Identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards and risks, including psychosocial risks such as workload, fatigue, bullying, and stress.

  • Eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks wherever reasonably practicable.

  • Consulting and involving workers and stakeholders in health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives and decision‑making.

  • Providing adequate resources such as training, PPE, health services, safety equipment, and specialist personnel.

  • Delivering targeted training to ensure competence, awareness, and shared responsibility for safety.

  • Promoting mental health and wellbeing and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

  • Maintaining emergency preparedness through contingency plans and regular drills.

  • Maintaining supporting HSQE procedures and frameworks including psychosocial risk management, wellbeing programmes, medical surveillance, and return‑to‑work processes.

  • Implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems that comply with legal and regulatory requirements and apply PRINCE2 controls.

  • Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and communities to address environmental concerns and support national sustainability goals.

  • Setting measurable environmental objectives, tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Maintaining environmental procedures and waste‑diversion frameworks within the IMS manual.
